Bebe literally oozed stage presence, small in frame, but big in voice. She and her band lifted the sound off the Lock, defying the sometimes iffy sound system to give us a rousing 30 minute performance, culminating in a fucking fantastic and literally pitch perfect performance of 'I'll Wait', leaving quite a few of us wondering when the next gig would be. The chap next to me nudged his mate and said 'This is the one I heard online, I love this' and I gave him a swift nod of approval.
